Keeping it Simple

We didn't do much today, we went for lunch with my Mom and did a little thrifting. I have been practicing yoga quite a bit lately and while it is easy to look nice wearing yoga wear today I felt like a true blogger. Keeping faithful to my promise to be more green and wear only fair trade companies, this outfit is 100% just that. A few weeks ago I wrote about my next project, well I am ready to share a little more... I am starting my own dress line! I have been working hard to design and find ways to make my line green. I am learning to sew and how to draft patterns and I am excited to show a couple of my designs soon!

Family Style: Ruffles

I love when I can do family style posts with these two. They love fashion as much as I do and its fun to see how they put together their outfits, with only a little help from me. Especially with Ethan, we are one week away from his sixth birthday, and in the last year he has been very clear about how he wants to dress. He of course loves his superhero shirts, but loves when we find one with a vintage flare as he puts it. I find it exciting that for a six year old he loves clothes as much as he does.

As for Miss Pea, she is a fun little 2 year old in love with anything that has sparkles on it. The fun part about Peyton is that even though she likes to be a princess everyday she finds her own little way to make it fun and a little edgy. Her style is coming together at an early age and its going to be great to guide and share the fashion world with her.
